Our Tennessee mountain wedding venue will provide a scenic background for your special day, and we are here to help you determine which wedding day option would work best for you - look through each and consider which would help shape your big day!

What’s included?
What is included in the full bridal day Signature Package?
Weekend Bridal Day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday dates) Includes:
Up to 12 hours on your wedding day for up to 200 guests. (fee for additional guests up to 250 guests maximum)
Weekday Bridal Day
(Monday-Thursday dates) Includes: Up to 10 hours on your wedding day for up to 150 guests. (fee for additional guests up to 250 guest maximum)
All Bridal Day Signature Packages include:
Ceremony on the Pergola featuring our panoramic Ocoee Crest views (indoor ceremony option available with the same beautiful mountain views)!
Choice of Arch for your ceremony.
Prepare for your day in individual Bridal, Bridesmaids’, and Grooms’ Suites, all include sitting area with separate dressing space, as well as private bathroom.
Food prep catering kitchen available for your approved caterer's use
Tables and chairs with set up for your reserved guest count.
Bistro lit patio with cocktail tables
Scenic spaces throughout the property for wedding day photographs
1-hour planning meeting scheduled before your big day with Ocoee Crest Staff to discuss seating layout and wedding day details.
Ocoee Crest "Venue Host" on site to assist your vendor team
Variety of decor items available for decorating for your big day!
45 minute Ceremony walk-through held at the outdoor ceremony location (date/time based on availability of venue).
Engagement photo's at Ocoee Crest (scheduled 1-1/2 hour access with your photographer).

Add on options to customize your experience
2-day Rental Option - regularly $2,500, currently on special for $1,750
Access to venue the day prior to wedding day from 3:00p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Do your decorating, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner on-site
Includes tables and chairs for a rehearsal dinner.
Use of catering food prep area for approved caterer for rehearsal dinner.
Ocoee Crest staff member on site for full rental time
Access to Ocoee Crest Decor Items
Room set up is based on reception seating for the following day.

* Saturday is not available as an add-on day. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Available with full bridal day option only.
Extra time for early hair and make up at The Ridgeview Terrace - $750
Access to select spaces at The Ridgeview Terrace from 8am to 12pm for Bride and Bridesmaids to have HAIR and MAKEUP done.
Does not extend access times to the main venue.
For bride and bridesmaid use and not for general family/ guest gathering.
Personal items must be removed by 12:00pm.
Additional seating - $250 per 25 additional guests
Your Bridal Package includes table and chairs for up to 200 guests for weekend rentals (weekday includes up to 150 guests). For extra guest counts, an additional charge will be applied for guests in increments of 25.
Security add on fee for events with alcohol $250
We will hire the security for your big day!
** Please note - we require couples to purchase specific day of event insurance this currently runs around $250 (subject to change)
