What’s included with our intimate wedding venue?
Wedding day rental for up to 6 hours on your wedding day for up to 40 guests. (additional hours $250 per hour up to 10 hours; $250 for 10 additional guests up to 60 guest maximum)
Ceremony on the terrace featuring panoramic Ocoee Crest views for a very special wedding day!
Celebration to follow with close family and friends
Arbor for use for your ceremony.
Ceremony chairs with set up on the terrace (with indoor rain option available).
Cocktail tables set up for casual dining (seated dining option available).
Bridal Suite and Grooms Suite for preparing for your day.
Prep kitchen available for your approved caterers use.*
Locations throughout the property for photographs
One-hour consultation prior to your event date to ensure all the details are set for your day
Guest count - 40 guests (guest count includes all attendees excluding couple (additional $250 for 10 extra guests ... firm maximum guest count 60)
Intimate weddings are available Monday - Thursday up to 12 months prior to the event date (based on availability).
Friday & Sunday dates may be reserved up to 6 months prior to wedding date
Non-peak Saturday dates may be reserved up to 6 months prior to the wedding date (excludes peak Saturday dates, May, June, October, and November)
Ask about select weekend dates available in July, August & September 2023!!
Limited availability for special wedding day brunch option (morning hours) at our intimate wedding venue in Tennessee may be available on certain weekend dates (ask for details)!
